Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. On receipt of defective product, immediately send us a picture of it while notifying us. We will arrange for a replacement.

• We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless a wrong item was dispatched or is defective.
• For security of the product, endeavor to use a registered courier service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
